Collector, Sales Tax (Enforcement) to Brief KCCI

“Mr. Shafqat Mehmud, Collector Sales Tax (Enforcement) has been invited to be the principal speaker in the meeting of the KCCI GST Sub-Committee on June 14, 2007. He will apprise the Members to comprehend and be aware of the budgetary changes as well as provide any clarification on proposed measures. The Sales Tax Act through the Finance Bill would be deliberated.”  This was stated by Mr. M. Muzzammil Husain, Chairman, GST Sub-Committee of Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry, in a press statement.

Muzzammil Husain hoped that during the meeting all pending matters related to the Collectorate would also be discussed and on-spot decision taken.
